As the first, oldest, and largest producer of Asian American stories in American theater, we are also the incubator for the vast majority of Asian American talent working in the entertainment industry today.

Provide Lasting Impact

Ensuring social and racial justice in theater while aspiring to the highest level of artistic excellence is an enormous task. We need your support to keep EWP’s work alive and thriving, secure our continued growth, while realizing new Artistic Director Lily Tung Crystal’s vision for our future.

▶︎ Empower us to reach nearly 20,000 individuals annually—including 7,000 students and youth—with world-class theater productions and unique, culturally sensitive arts education programs.

Additional Ways to Give

If you have an item you’d like to donate to East West Players, please call (213) 625-7000 to discuss. All in-kind donations must be in good condition and working order; we reserve the right to refuse in-kind donations.
East West Players partners with Ralphs’ Community Contribution Program. Register your card and each time you shop with your card a small percentage will be donated to EWP.
Remembering East West Players in your will or as a beneficiary on an insurance policy or retirement account is a wonderful way to continue your legacy of giving.
Ask your company if they have a matching gift program! Many employers match donations made by employees, so your contribution to East West Players could be doubled or more through your employer’s giving.
Our matching gift partners include Amgen, Bank of America, Boeing, Google, Intuit, McMaster-Carr, Oracle, Reliance, Take Two, Thomson Reuters, Walt Disney Company, and more.
Contact our vehicle donation partner, Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS) via their website or call 855-500-7433 to begin. CARS will make all the arrangements, and you will receive a tax deduction for the fair market value.
Gifts of securities can be one of the best ways to maximize a tax benefit when you donate! When you donate long-term assets (held for more than a year), you can generally deduct the current market value—for example, if you purchased $1,000 worth of stock over a year ago, and its current value is $5,000, you can deduct the full $5,000 when you donate the stock to a charity. Please consult your tax adviser for details.

Two options are available:
- Gold Circle (Orchestra Rows A-J) $10,000
- Silver Circle (Orchestra Rows K-M / Balcony) $5,000
A limited number of seats remain available. Plaques are 1 1/2″ x 5″ and can be inscribed with up to 30 characters, including spaces. All but $50 of your gift is tax deductible.
