STUDY GUIDE FOR ALLEGIANCE
Thanks to the generous support of Inspire Change Broadway, the Dwight Stuart Youth Fund, and the California State Library, the Allegiance education team produced a study guide for students and audiences members to better understand the contemporary and historical context of Allegiance.
Copies were distributed to more than 1,500 students that saw the show during our two student matinees. The feedback has been tremendous. We do hope that you continue to use this guide to further engage with this important production.

“I would attend another show and the reason is because it shows me something important without making it boring. What i thought about the set was that its neat how such a simple set can pop out with characters on set and music.”
– Student from Brightwood School
“It isn’t that much different. My mom is from Guatemala and that story was eerily close to my own family’s.”
– Student from Vaughn International Studies Academy
